TALENT.EVIDENCE.OPPORTUNITY.
REVELATION X1 Sports is an evidence-led football talent identification, recruitment, and representation organisation operating across the UK, Europe, and Africa.
"Having navigated the Premier League academy pathway and international call-ups with my son, I built REVELATION X1 Sports to be an ethical, evidence-led platform—giving professional clubs and families a verified, transparent environment free from predatory intermediaries."
SYSTEMS-DRIVEN RECRUITMENT & REPRESENTATION
PLAYER ADVISORY
Full-lifecycle representation for academy scholars and professional footballers. Having firsthand experience navigating Category 1 Premier League academies, we protect families and structure long-term career progression.
EVIDENCE-LED ID
Informed by decades in systems engineering, our scouting triage eliminates unstructured noise. We deliver verified player dossiers and objective performance data directly to academy directors and heads of recruitment.
CROSS-BORDER PATHWAYS
Bridging the gap between emerging West African talent, dual-heritage UK schoolboys, and professional European environments. We ensure every federation transition is handled on merit, compliance, and verifiable evidence.

ENGINEERING RIGOUR
MEETS ELITE FOOTBALL
Prior to football representation, Ralph Adekoya built an extensive career in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering.
That technical foundation powers REVELATION X1. Rather than relying on informal networks, we pair data analysis and automated eligibility verification with authentic access inside elite Premier League and international youth setups.
LAGOS SHOWCASE
& ASSESSMENT
Alongside core operations, we run structured, merit-based assessment cohorts connecting emerging African talent directly with UEFA-qualified coaches and European recruitment professionals.
